There are many ways you and your team can help kids. Foster, Adopt, Adovcate, Mentor, provide jobs, apprenticeships, etc. Just Do Something because these kids need us!
Could you schedule a service project at a local foster home? Could you host a donation drive of items or funds to help foster parents meet the kids needs.? Are you a Realtor hosting an open house and could share information about kids who need caring homes?

February = Foster Family Appreciation Week
April = National Child Abuse Prevention Month
May = National Foster Parent Appreciation Month
July = Summer is a great time to promote foster parent training (the need for parents spikes once school restarts)
September = Promote mentoring, especially with kids going back to school
November = National Adoption Month (host celebration & provider fair)
Orphan Sunday = 2nd Sunday in November
